1. Take care of your body, you only have one.
Sleep well, at least 7 hours.
Eat healthy. Eat good food.
Drink enough water.
Be active.
2. Prioritize mental health.
For example, meditate or reflect, journal, talk to someone if you're feeling sad or overwhelmed. Never isolate yourself. Others want to keep you balanced.
But remember that it is not possible to feel good all the time. It is normal to be sad for example. Moreover, it is necessary in life. Without it, all the good things we experience would feel worthless. Difficulties also give us motivation to develop further.
3. Nurture your relationships.
Make time for friends and family, because good relationships are the key to happiness.
Defend your views with arguments.
Take the experiences of others and learn from their mistakes. Observe others. They experience life in their own way and their perspective can be useful to you.
But! Set boundaries, protect your own time and energy. Respect yourself! If you don't respect yourself, no one else will. And remember that every person is a mirror for you.
4. Develop yourself.
Learn something new, read books, take classes or try a new hobby.
Have a goal in mind before you start. Big or small goals can give direction in life.
Accept your mistakes, see them as a chance to grow.
5. Find balance.
Be present and appreciate the little things.
Adapt to situations. Do not walk with your head through the wall.
Don't overwork yourself, coffee break is really important.
6. Prioritize what is important.
Spend time on what gives you joy and meaning.
Be aware of things you love and do them regularly.
7. Do something good for others.
Help others around you, be kind to them.
8. Stay in touch with nature, go outside.
Walking in nature can calm the mind.
Feel gratitude for your surroundings and appreciate nature.
And the most important thing at the end, so you remember it best.
The most important person in your life is you.
Listen to yourself, follow your intuition, do what feels right for you.
Be true to yourself, live by your values.
And love yourself, be your own biggest support.
And always remember that you have to take care of yourself first to be able to do the same for others.
